The acquisition will allow Merrill Corporation’s Deposition Services to expand the level of services it offers to its clients throughout Northern California, including Silicon Valley.
Angela Hammond, Grossman & Cotter’s current office manager, will join Merrill’s Palo Alto office and serve as primary point of contact for all Grossman & Cotter matters and clients. Grossman & Cotter clients will now receive deposition and court reporting support 24/7 and access to other services offered by Merrill, including in-house video, managed services, document processing, electronic discovery, translations and virtual data rooms.
Stephanie Grossman and Paula Massoni Cotter founded their firm, Grossman & Cotter, in the early 1980s and have built a reputation of providing top-level court reporting services in support of highly complex legal cases for Silicon Valley-area high tech firms.
