This marks ISM's second office in Asia, with Japan leading the way earlier this year. ISM also plans to open a third office, in Seoul, Korea within the next quarter.

Heading up ISM China is Monte Singman, whose experience and pedigree date back to the very beginnings of the interactive industry in China. In addition to leading the R&D team at Shanda, Singman was the founder of the active IGDA chapter in Shanghai. During his career he has facilitated countless online, mobile and tablet deals and brings a wealth of credibility and experience to the table.
