Kautzner’s appointment coincides with the creation of NGA.NET’s Global Analytics Practice, bringing together world-leading thinking in talent analytics and management with smart technology solutions.
In this role, Kautzner will set the strategy and direction for the company’s fast-growing Talent Analytics division across the U.S. and APAC regions.

Kautzner has several years experience working across the IT, business development and talent analytics fields. Working in client relationship, and business intelligence consulting roles, Kautzner supports NGA.NET sales efforts as a subject matter expert and provides input into research and innovation across the company. He has been with NGA.NET since 2011 and is currently undertaking a Master of Business Information Systems from Monash University. Kautzner was selected for the prestigious John Bertrand Leadership Series in 2013 at Monash University and is a regular public speaker at IT conferences. Kautzner will be based at NGA.NET’s Melbourne, Australia office.
