TORONTO -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SecureKey, the leading provider of trusted identity networks, today appointed Didier Serra as executive vice president for global partnerships, reporting directly to Charles Walton, chief executive officer. In his new position, Serra will be responsible for defining and implementing SecureKey’s partner and channel strategy as the company expands sales of its briidge.net platform and services. He will also be responsible for partner programs, partner support, co-marketing, and associated partner solution development activities.
Serra brings two decades of experience in contactless, near field communication (NFC), and secure microprocessors to SecureKey, together with broad engineering, operational, and sales experience in international markets. The appointment gives SecureKey strong momentum in developing its global partner and channel relationships and will accelerate growth.

Serra’s two decades of experience have included semiconductor design, project management, partner solution development, along with sales, sales leadership, and marketing. Prior to joining SecureKey, Serra was general manager and executive vice president of sales for North America at INSIDE Secure.
Serra earned a technical degree in physical measures from Technical Institute St. Jerome in Marseille, France, and a master’s degree in engineering and microelectronics and transmission of information from the Institute of Industrial Physics and Chemical in Lyon, France.
