(WCC) and Creative Information Technology, Inc. (CITI). Under the confidential terms of the settlement, WCC and CITI have obtained a royalty bearing license to IWSY's patents at issue in the suit, which cover multi-modal biometric platforms and fusion of biometric modalities.
