RESTON, Va. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Intellinote, the first cloud-based Workforce Operations Management (WOM) solution built to optimize everyday collaborative workflows, today announced the integration of Google Apps within the Intellinote platform. Google documents, spreadsheets, presentations and drawings can now be easily embedded within Intellinote, allowing users to easily incorporate living documents within their workspaces to better execute collaborative projects and boost productivity.
The integration enables users to seamlessly browse their Google Drives, instantly create Google Apps, share them with colleagues and easily access them from mobile or web-based interfaces - all within their existing Intellinote workspaces. By combining the power of Google Apps, together with Intellinote’s existing template feature, it’s now even easier for individuals, teams and companies to optimize recurring workflows, such as creating proposals.
As part of the integrated solution, existing Google users can also utilize their Google credentials to sign-in to Intellinote. In addition, Intellinote is now available on the Google Apps Marketplace and the Chrome Web Store.
“Today’s modern workforce is more global, mobile and social than ever before. That means they need a comprehensive workspace for notes, tasks, files, images and more to enable them to get work done in one place, instead of having information scattered in emails, phone calls and paper-based notes,” said Tony Lopresti, Intellinote’s CEO. “Intellinote’s integration with Google will allow our growing base of users to leverage the capabilities of Google Apps within the broader context of Intellinote workspaces. Now project goals, metrics, discussions, tasks and notes can be organized alongside Google Apps to streamline workflow processes and drive social collaboration. This integration is another step in our ongoing commitment to continually enhancing Intellinote to increase productivity in the workforce.”
“It’s incredibly valuable to have all the critical bits of information needed for a project accessible from one place. Intellinote’s integration with Google Applications enables us to leverage the power of Google documents while collaborating in one workspace,” said Lawrence Fitzpatrick, President of Computech. “Intellinote’s platform lowers the barrier to team work, collaboration and sharing in order to complete work more efficiently.”
This news follows the announcement of a $4.3 million Series A funding round for Intellinote that will be used to invest in market expansion, drive continued product enhancements, grow its marketing and sales functions and expand staff numbers.
