NEW YORK -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Wunderman’s Brian Madonna has been promoted from his current position as SVP, global human resources, to director of talent management, North America. Madonna will report to president, Wunderman North America, Kass Sells and EVP, global talent management, William Manfredi. The move is effective immediately.
In his new role, Madonna will be charged with supporting all divisions and leading talent initiatives across Wunderman’s North American offices, such as identifying future leaders and fostering a community of sharing resources and information.
“Brian has been with us for 14 years. He is tapped into the pulse of the agency, making him the best candidate to manage and develop the extensive talent we have here at Wunderman, and build top teams to meet clients’ needs,” said Sells.
Madonna joined Wunderman in May 2000 to lead compensation. His role later expanded and in 2007, he was called to head a consolidated New York human resources team that comprised Y&R, Wunderman and Red Fuse/Team Colgate.
Prior to Wunderman, Madonna was at Ernst & Young and GAB Robbins. He graduated from Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in human resources.
