Prior to Globys, Jose was the Head of Operations at Solavei, a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in Seattle. His banking expertise comes from serving as a Payments Executive at JPMorgan Chase, where he held roles leading strategy, product development, and marketing for digital channels, debit cards, and prepaid cards. While at JPMorgan Chase, Jose earned a patent for developing a technology which commercialized payment technologies across the United States.

He also spearheaded the release of the Bing Mobile native applications for the iPhone, Android and Blackberry operating systems.
