Rhodes currently serves as CRC's Chief Operating Officer and has been with the company since 2003. Rhodes replaces Chief Executive Officer Andy Eckert, who will remain as Chairman. Rhodes will assume his new position March 17th.

Jerry Rhodes has 30 years experience in healthcare and over 25 years in behavioral healthcare. Rhodes joined CRC through the acquisition of CAPs in 2003. Under Rhodes' leadership, CAPs became a recognized national provider of addiction treatment services. As part of CRC, he was President of the highly successful Recovery Division for 7 years and the COO for the past three years. Earlier in his career, Rhodes held development roles in the acute and long term care fields including four years as the Director of Development for Beverly Enterprises, at the time the nation's largest long term care company. He is a board member of the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems, Springstone Hospitals, and Kentmere Nursing Center in Wilmington Delaware. He was the 2013 recipient of the prestigious Nyswander Dole award for his work in the area of medication-assisted treatment.
