Anyone with a work email address can sign up for Cotap for free and easily find and message anyone in their organization without the hassle of exchanging phone numbers. Users can also sync their calendar to message meeting attendees with important updates or changes.
By signing up for Cotap premium services, company administrators will have access to the Cotap Admin Console, which includes the following features:
Custom Mobile Alerts
Part of premium services includes the ability for company or team administrators to send targeted mobile alerts to employees' mobile devices, delivered instantly as push notifications. These alerts can be customized and previewed prior to delivery, as well as sent to specific groups within an organization or the entire company. For example, organizations can use this feature to send emergency communication in a crisis, issue employee surveys or inform workers about important staffing changes, among many other use cases.
Any employee who does not have Cotap installed on their smartphone, will receive Cotap text messages and alerts as email messages.
