NMS Labs Announces Two New Posts on its Executive Leadership Team

WILLOW GROVE, Pa. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- NMS Labs, a premier independent provider of professional forensic and clinical laboratory services, has announced the promotion of two key individuals on its executive leadership team. William S. Hough, Jr., who joined NMS Labs in May 2011 as Director of Human Resources, has been promoted to Vice President of Human Resources. In addition, Ron Fazio, who joined NMS Labs in April 2013 as General Manager of the NMS Labs subsidiary, Integrated Forensic Laboratories (IFL), has been promoted to the newly created post of Vice President of Integrated Forensic Solutions (IFS), Business Development and General Manager of IFL.

Regarding the appointments, Pierre Cassigneul, President and CEO of NMS Labs, said, "As we face ambitious goals, our board felt that it was important to expand the executive team to include these new positions. As Vice President of Human Resources, Mr. Hough is responsible for human resources, organizational development, global talent, and nurturing the NMS Labs culture. He brings over twenty years of broad global business in leading human resources organizations including GMAC and Dow Jones, Inc. Prior to joining NMS Labs, Mr. Hough was Global Vice President of Human Resources for Cookson Electronics, where he successfully re-created the company-wide human resources function into a strategic, value-added business partner role. Mr. Hough completed his undergraduate degree in Human Resources and Psychology at LaSalle University in Philadelphia. He also holds an MBA in business from LaSalle.

In his new position, Mr. Fazio is responsible for the management and business development of Integrated Forensic Laboratories (IFL), which was acquired by NMS Labs in 2013. Mr. Fazio is a board-certified forensic scientist and has over twenty years of laboratory and forensic experience. Since starting IFL in 2006, Mr. Fazio has overseen the installation and operation of three new crime labs. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biology and MBA at the University of Texas at Arlington.
