Vonage Launches Consumer VoIP Service in Brazil

HOLMDEL, N.J., April 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Vonage Holdings Corp. (NYSE: VG), a leading provider of communications services connecting people through cloud-connected devices worldwide, today announced the initial launch of service in Brazil as part of its joint venture with Datora Telecom.

Vonage is offering consumers in select markets in Brazil unlimited calling to landlines throughout the country for a low flat monthly rate. Vonage customers can also make calls to mobiles in Brazil at low, fixed per-minute rates, regardless of the network or time of day, offering savings of up to 50% compared to leading providers.
