The conference will open with welcoming remarks by Drexel Hamilton chairman Lawrence K. Doll, who founded the firm in 2007 on the principle of offering meaningful employment opportunities to disabled veterans. Mr. Doll is a service-disabled veteran who was awarded two Purple Hearts and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry for service in the Marine Corps in Vietnam.

Previously he worked at TSG Spectrum Capital Advisors. French has focused on defense companies since 2004, and prior to that he provided research on satellite companies as well as general research into sectors as varied as construction to manufacturing. French was recognized by Institutional Investor with an honorable mention for his coverage of the satellite industry.
Pete Skibitski is the lead aerospace and defense analyst at Drexel Hamilton covering the major defense contractors and a wide array of mid-cap companies. He has 16 years’ experience following the defense industry in various capacities, beginning at trade newsletter Inside the Navy in 1998. Skibitski has worked as a defense analyst at Wachovia, Credit Suisse and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. He also worked for the Washington, D.C. consulting firm DFI International (now Avascent) from 2000-2003.
