BURLINGTON, Mass. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- HighRoads®, the industry leader in benefits plan management and health care compliance, today announced the promotion of two team members who are making a transformational impact on the business.
Dick Wood has been promoted to vice president, product management; and Rebecca Chaffee has been promoted to vice president, customer solutions.

Wood has more than 30 years’ experience in the software industry, including 13 years with HighRoads. Wood will be responsible for expanding HighRoads’ software-as-a-service (SaaS) product portfolio and delivering market-ready solutions to keep payers competitive and compliant by centralizing, managing and repurposing benefits plan data.
Wood’s previous experience includes roles with Xchange, DST Belvedere Financial Systems and National Computer Systems. Wood holds a B.S. in Computer Science from North Adams State College.
Chaffee has 20 years’ experience in technical support and solution integration/implementation, including six years with HighRoads. Chaffee will continue to provide strategic direction to all solution resources across HighRoads’ products to ensure the successful growth and seamless transition of onboarding clients.
Chaffee’s previous experience includes roles with Ceridian and PerkinElmer. Chaffee holds a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts (Lowell) and is Six Sigma Certified.
