DEDHAM, Mass. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- iMDsoft® announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Lars-Oluf G. Nielsen as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Nielsen most recently held the position of Implementation Executive at Epic and Managing Director, Epic Copenhagen.

Throughout his career, Mr. Nielsen was part of the executive team leading Implementation Services, including the oversight of all installing customers. He was personally responsible and part of the executive team leading one of the world’s largest EMR implementations, installing an electronic medical record across the Kaiser Permanente health network. As an International Managing Director, he established a new implementation team and office in Scandinavia and during his international career has been responsible for the implementation services team both in Epic Europe and at Epic’s Middle East office.
Mr. Nielsen has focused his organization to ensure that customers maximize the value they receive from the solutions they purchase. He managed efforts to oversee client post-implementation satisfaction including the achievement of key performance indicators.
