Theresa Strickland was appointed to Vice President of People and Culture and Dharam Rai was named Vice President of Content Services.

Most recently, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Adap.tv Inc., a leading global, programmatic video advertising platform.
Leading the company’s content team, Rai will ensure GuideSpark’s new and existing clients receive the highest quality service to engage employees and meet their HR goals. “Dharam’s expertise is key to growing our business,” Kitani says. Rai has more than 23 years of experience in global support and education services, customer satisfaction, and partner management. Before joining GuideSpark, he was the Vice President of Global Support Services at ServiceSource, where he created a scalable, 24x7 organization from the ground up with centers in 5 countries. He has also held leadership roles at Oracle and Sun Microsystems.
