Health Net Federal Services Earns Center of Excellence Certification from BenchmarkPortal

ARLINGTON, Va. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Health Net Federal Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Health Net, Inc., today announced its call center operations were certified as a Center of Excellence by BenchmarkPortal.

Call centers achieve the Center of Excellence distinction based on best-practice metrics drawn from BenchmarkPortal’s database of objective and quantitative data that is audited and validated by its researchers.
