COLUMBIA, S.C. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- SCRA today announced that the company received three top recognition honors recently during the 2014 American Business Awards (ABA). This national award program, known as The Stevie Awards, recognizes the achievements and contributions of businesses worldwide. SCRA won a gold for Non-Profit Company of the Year, another gold for SCRA CFO Julia Martin as the Non-Profit Executive of the Year and a bronze for the SC Launch Annual Report in the Best Annual Report category.
More than 150 members of several specialized judging committees determined award placements with finalists winning either a gold, silver or bronze Stevie. SCRA received the 2011 Stevie for Company of the Year, Non-Profit, and in 2012, SCRA CEO Bill Mahoney was recognized as CEO of the Year, Non-Profit. Last year, SCRA’s Prosthetics Program received a gold Stevie for Best Tech Innovation of the year, and SCRA received two silver Stevie Awards for Non-Profit Company of the Year and Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year.
