ASHBURN, Va. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Telos Identity Management Solutions, LLC, (Telos ID) announced today that Michael Heffer has been promoted to vice president, DMDC operations. In his new position, Heffer directs all aspects of the company’s activities in support of the Defense Manpower Data Center.
