NEW YORK CITY -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Sailthru, the only customer interest-based automated personalization platform, today announced that Jeremy Stanley has joined the company as Chief Data Scientist. With this hire Sailthru continues to deepen the expertise of its executive team while offering the leading data-driven personalization platform to its commerce and media clients. Stanley’s hire further positions the company to enrich marketing through omnichannel data science while optimizing all revenue opportunities for modern marketers.
“At Sailthru, we believe that interest-based personalization is the key to establishing and growing trust between brands and consumers. We pride ourselves on offering the best platform for accomplishing this on an individual basis, at scale,” said Neil Capel, Chief Executive Officer and Founder, Sailthru. “Jeremy is an accomplished data scientist and also an inspiring and capable team leader. We look forward to improving our existing solutions to the complex challenges today’s marketers face, as well as adding exciting new data-driven capabilities to our platform under his expert guidance.”
Stanley brings over twelve years of experience as a data scientist to Sailthru. Prior to joining Sailthru, Stanley was the Chief Technology Officer at Collective, the programmatic advertising company, where he led a team of product managers, engineers and data scientists tasked with leveraging machine learning and Big Data to overcome the challenges of multi-screen advertising. Under Stanley’s guidance, brand advertisers and agencies were able to coordinate and optimize the reach of their messaging across an increasingly varied screen and format landscape.
“Joining Sailthru at such a hyper growth period for the company is an exciting opportunity and I look forward to collaborating with their incredibly talented technology team to create the future of omnichannel marketing automation. What is most impressive to me about Sailthru is how the solution is natively built for making intelligent real time decisions with big data, unlike other digital marketing solutions that are attempting to stitch together a big data framework. The volume of data that Sailthru clients can access instantly is astounding to me as a Data Scientist and incredibly empowering for the clients themselves as they can access and action against years of rich behavioral, transactional and consumer-interest data,” said Jeremy Stanley, Chief Data Scientist, Sailthru. “I’m eager to further accelerate the pace at which the Sailthru team brings innovative, data-driven solutions to marketers that drive long-term customer engagement and retention.”
Prior to Collective, Stanley founded and led the global markets analytics group at Ernst & Young that applied advanced analytics to the firm’s markets, financial and personal data to inform decision making at the executive level. The team was responsible for improving the company’s market-facing operations and services by advancing the methods of data processing to create actionable insights.
