NEW YORK -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- A cross disciplinary team from Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. represented Time Inc. in its acquisition of Cozi, Inc., a Seattle-based technology company with a leading portfolio of mobile and digital family organizing tools.
Leading the transaction on behalf of Time Inc. was Kenneth R. Koch, a Member in the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice, with assistance from David R. Lagasse, a Member in the firm’s Employment, Labor and Benefits Practice, Cynthia J. Larose, a Member and Chair of the Privacy and Security Practice, Heidi A. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.
