PHOENIX, July 7, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Bollente Companies, Inc. (OTCQB: BOLC) has launched MYtankless, a customizable online control panel for its trutankless line of smart electric water heaters. From the dashboard, residential and commercial users can obtain real-time status reports, adjust unit temperature settings, view up to three years of water usage data, and change notification settings--from anywhere in the world, using a computer or web-enabled smart device at trutankless will demonstrate the dashboard later this month at the Sunbelt Builders Show, July 23 and 24 in San Antonio (booth #204) and at the Southeast Building Conference, July 24 through 26 in Orlando (booth #415).

"Our goal has always been to give trutankless owners the level of control they want over their water heater," said Derrick Mains, COO of trutankless. "Commercial users may want to monitor their multiple units daily to verify compliance with local health codes or receive weekly usage reports for accounting purposes, while a residential user might only need to be alerted if the system is disrupted. The dashboard allows for this type of customization."

Service professionals can also use the dashboard to monitor system status on every unit they install, allowing them to proactively contact their customers if a service or warranty appointment is needed.

"For the service pros, having the ability to call customers and let them know they're already en route to check out a system alert really takes customer service to the next level. That's the ultimate convenience to a homeowner or business owner," said Mains.

trutankless will demonstrate MYtankless, along with the water heater's innovative tech-forward features, at this year's Sunbelt Builders Show, expected to bring over 2,500 leaders from the Texas homebuilding industry. trutankless will also exhibit at the Southeast Building Conference, which attracts over 2,600 builders, general contractors, architects and suppliers from Florida and surrounding states.

trutankless earned the "Best Home Technology Product" award and significant industry and media buzz at the NAHB International Builders Show in Las Vegas earlier this year.
