A start up with fewer than 25 employees in 2002, Granite has grown rapidly each year since then. The company now employs over 1,200, has annualized revenue that already exceeds $975M and is on pace to eclipse $1 billion this summer. Granite’s growth comes in part from Granite’s expanded product offering, which include data and IP products and services designed to suit the communications needs of its business and governmental customers. The office opening in Manhattan is the fifth newly opened and expanded office space for the company, which has expanded its headquarters in Quincy and opened new offices in Atlanta, Miami and Providence, RI.
“Granite is thrilled to have the additional space in New York,” stated Mr. Currier. “It provides our existing NYC work force the amenities that they need and completes our current round of office expansions, which allow us to better serve our business customers.”
Granite provides voice, data and other related communications products and services to multi-location businesses and governmental agencies throughout the United States and Canada. Granite furnishes services to more than two-thirds of the Fortune 100 companies in the United States, and 1.3 million phone lines under management.
