Mr. Stortz will lead the company's technology strategy, technical operations and quality assurance efforts. In addition, Mr. Stortz will also oversee the management of the company's data center operation, which processes over 60 billion records annually.
As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Stortz will carry forth ValueCentric's technology agenda, driving core enablement to ensure high quality, highly responsive data intelligence solutions for the company's diverse healthcare customer base.

Mr. Stortz brings significant experience with him to the role of CTO. In his most recent role as a Senior IT Executive, Mr. Stortz led the development of the corporate information technology (IT) plan with specific focus on IT infrastructure personnel stabilization and development for Delaware North Companies, a global leader in hospitality and food service that commands $2 billion in annual revenue.
Previously, Mr. Stortz served as CTO for Liazon Corporation, a privately-held IT service company based in New York State. As CTO, Mr. Stortz was chiefly responsible for strategic technology leadership, as well as development of the company's technology roadmap. Mr. Stortz has additionally held senior roles at Medical Management Services and Adelphia Communications, where he was the Vice President of Information Technology Systems Development.
A proud alumnus of MIT, Mr. Stortz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, and has also completed MBA Graduate Studies at the University of Miami.
