Patel founded San Francisco-based digital marketing firm Single Grain, leading strategy for companies like Salesforce, TurboTax and Intuit. Patel, who has deep experience with content marketing, social media marketing, pay-per-click, and conversion rate optimization, joins thisCLICKS from San Francisco-based startup Bridge US.

"Growing up in a family of small business owners and being a business owner myself with both hourly and remote workers I've experienced firsthand the pain of scheduling employees,” said Sujan Patel, vice president, marketing, thisCLICKS. “ThisCLICKS and its products — When I Work and WageBase —truly work, and I'm energized to now be a part of the company’s already meteoric trajectory."

“What we’re building in Minnesota is an incredible company that solves a huge business problem for a commonly overlooked market. Great ideas and great execution can happen anywhere — not just on the coasts,” said Chad Halvorson, CEO of thisCLICKS, and one of Inc. Magazine’s 35 Under 35. “Sujan is a great combination. He’s deeply skilled in marketing and committed to our vision — as anyone who enthusiastically leaves sunny California for Minnesota winters would have to be.”
