Join InformationWeek editor-in-chief Laurianne McLaughlin and Joan C. Williams, distinguished professor and founding director of the Center for WorkLife Law at the University of California's Hastings College of the Law, for an important and lively debate on InformationWeek Radio this Tuesday, July 22, at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

To learn more about the show, or to read about Williams's view on women in the workplace and the salary gap, go here.

In its recent US salary survey, InformationWeek found that the gulf between what women in IT and their male counterparts make remains substantial. The report found that IT executives who are men brought home $25,000 more in compensation compared to women executives, and the median base salary of vice presidents is $139,000 for men and $125,000 for women.

To hear the entire discussion, or to join Williams and the editors in a live, online chat after the show, register here for InformationWeek Radio, and listen in on July 22 starting at 2:00 p.m. Eastern.
