SAN FRANCISCO, July 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Digital Realty Trust, Inc. (NYSE: DLR), a leading global provider of data center and colocation solutions, announced today that its board of directors has authorized quarterly cash dividends for the company's common and preferred stock for the third quarter of 2014.

Common Stock

The company's board of directors authorized a quarterly cash dividend of $0.83 per share to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2014. The dividend on the common stock will be paid on September 30, 2014.

Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock

The company's board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.43750 per share to holders of record of the company's 7.000% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock as of the close of business on September 15, 2014. The dividend on the Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock will be paid on September 30, 2014.

Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock

The company's board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.414063 per share to holders of record of the company's 6.625% Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock as of the close of business on September 15, 2014. The dividend on the Series F Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock will be paid on September 30, 2014.
