Sitel to Hire 160 Customer Care Positions in Ocala

OCALA, Fla. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Sitel, a leading global customer care provider, today announced that it is hiring 160 permanent and seasonal customer service agents to support new business growth needs at its center in Ocala. The newly hired associates will provide inbound customer service support for a major benefits enrollment company.

The Ocala site has already seen tremendous growth in 2014. Seasonal positions will run through December, with the potential to join as permanent employees. These new opportunities also include management positions, such as front line coaches. Sitel has a long-standing reputation for promoting internally and promoting team members through the ranks to upper management positions. The company has also made a significant investment in training modules and provides consistent on-going career enhancement opportunities for employees to develop valuable career skills.
