The combined company, which will keep the evolve24 name, will leverage their state-of-the-art data collection and processing platforms to offer end-to-end audience engagement, anticipatory intelligence, issue management and strategic insight solutions. From data integration and management to development of innovative analytics and models, analysis, strategic insights, reporting and dashboards, the combined company will provide answers to companies interested in making confident, data-driven business decisions.
evolve24 has been a leader in the social analytics commercial marketplace, while Sherpa Analytics has held a strong position in the government and non-profit sector. Anthony Sardella, an expert in big data analytics, will lead the combined company as president and chief executive officer. He founded evolve24 in 2004, and led the company through its early growth stage before Maritz Research acquired it in 2010. He was the president and founder of Sherpa Analytics, and has been responsible for the company’s strategic growth over the past several years. The combined company will become a separate legal entity with a stand-alone board of directors and appoint a combined leadership team. Maritz Holdings, Inc. will maintain an ownership interest in the new combined company.
