RESTON, Va. -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- The Board of Directors for Oceus Networks Inc. today announced the promotion of Randy Fuerst to President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. This appointment follows the departure of Douglas C. Smith as the company’s CEO.
Mr. Fuerst has been serving as President and Chief Operating Officer since joining the company three years ago. Fuerst brings to Oceus Networks more than 30-years of industry experience in the delivery and management of technology systems and services across the federal government. Prior to joining Oceus Networks, Fuerst served as Chief Operating Officer for CACI International. In addition to membership with the Industry Advisory Council and the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, he serves on the Board of the Professional Services Council and was a Federal Computer Week “Fed 100” winner in 2014.
