Amylin Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMLN) and Eli Lilly and Company (NYSE:LLY) will Web cast a conference call on Tuesday, August 26 at 5:00 p.m. ET/2:00 p.m. PT to discuss the recent FDA advisory on BYETTA (exenatide) injection. Leading the call for Amylin will be Daniel M. Bradbury, Amylin's President and Chief Executive Officer and Orville G. Kolterman, M.D., Amylin's Senior Vice President of Research and Development. Leading the call for Lilly will be Donald Therasse, M.D., Lilly's Vice President of Global Patient Safety.
The call will be Web cast live through Amylin's corporate Web site and a recording will be made available following the close of the call. To access the Web cast, please log on to www.amylin.com/ approximately fifteen minutes prior to the call to register, download and install any necessary audio software.
