OSI Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:OSIS), a vertically-integrated provider of specialized electronic products for critical applications in the Security and Healthcare industries announced today that its Optoelectronics and Manufacturing division has received further follow-on orders from ITT Corporation for approximately $4.7 million.
Under the terms of the contract, OSI’s Optoelectronics and Manufacturing division will deliver electronic sub-assemblies to be used by ITT in its “CREW 2.1” vehicle-mounted electronic jammer systems currently under contract for ultimate delivery to the U.S. Department of Defense for its Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (“MRAP”) armored vehicle program.
