Angel Acquisition Corp (BULLETIN BOARD: AGEL) announced today the completion of the sale of its principally owned subsidiary The BlackHawk Fund.
Terminus, Inc. purchased 10,000,000 shares of Series C Preferred Shares of The BlackHawk Fund For $363,000.

Angel Acquisition Corp (AGEL), is a diversified company that acquires profitable businesses in a variety of sectors and industries, for the purpose of spinning off each successful venture as a publicly traded company. AGEL obtains a majority interest in each business it acquires, creating several subsidiaries that consolidate financials on AGEL's balance sheet.
