Integralis, Inc., the leading European managed service security provider (MSSP), today announced the opening of its second U.S.-based secure operations center (SOC) in Aliso Viejo, California. The new SOC is indicative of the rapid growth the company is seeing in the U.S. market and the increased need for 24/7 managed security monitoring.
Currently, Integralis has SOCs in 7 countries across the globe including England, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates, and has recently invested $40 million into new applications and infrastructure. The new Aliso Viejo SOC will be staffed with engineers responsible for performing change requests, conducting incident analysis, reacting to events and escalating issues for customers. To mark the company's latest expansion, CEO, Georg Magg, and COO, Graham Jones, based in Europe, officially opened the Center today.
The level of security needed to prevent today's network attacks is driving external or co-managed security services around the globe. At Integralis' SOCs, customers' security devices including firewalls, intrusion detection sensors, authentication servers, content management solutions and remote access systems are monitored 24/7. On-site engineers analyze data from these devices to identify existing and predict future security challenges, constantly reconfigure the security infrastructure to mitigate current threats and keep up with market developments, and identify and remedy security vulnerabilities.
