Sentek Consulting, a rapidly growing provider of government and commercial IT security and consulting programs, announced today that Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command’s (SPAWAR) Charleston branch named it among the list prime contractors to share in a three-year, $157 million contract.
Sentek will be among the chosen vendors to perform Command, Control, Communications, Computing and Intelligence (C4I) engineering system services.
“These types of contracts require us to prove our value every day, because the more superior quality work we do, the more work we can obtain under this agreement,” said Hamlin Tallent, vice president of C4I systems for Sentek Consulting. “On average, each of our C4I system engineer has over 12 years of experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s engineering or technical degree and often a Professional Engineer certification. We are most certainly up to the challenge.”
This agreement comes on the heels of SPAWAR San Diego awarding the company a five-year, $20 million contract to conduct information assurance and certification work.
