Accenx Technologies, Inc., the leading company in the field of Wide Area Integration, and Cascade Healthcare Community, Inc. of Bend, OR, announced today that the health system has selected its healthcare connectivity and interoperability solution, RyTRAK HIE, to exchange clinical data with its physician community.

RyTRAK HIE enables hospital systems to exchange actionable clinical data in a secure fashion via the Internet between different applications, across organization boundaries and over wide geographic areas. Offered as a Software as a Service (SaaS) model, RyTRAK HIE clients are able to avoid high front-end capital investments in technology and the substantial IT department resource time required to manage a large number of external interfaces.

RyTRAK HIE will enable Cascade Health Community to exchange lab, radiology and pathology, as well as other clinical data directly to the electronic medical records (EMR's) of affiliated physicians. Lab compendiums will also be updated electronically via the Compendium Manager offered by Accenx Technologies.
