Dominion Dealer Solutions’ Customer Relationship Management Tools Achieve Integration with General Motors Company


Dominion Dealer Solutions announced today that its customer relationship management (CRM) and internet lead management (ILM) systems are now fully integrated with the General Motors Card Program. General Motors dealers using Dominion Sales Center and Dominion Web Control® will be able to automatically obtain necessary GM cardholder earnings for redemption. This is the first in a series of enhancements designed to empower dealers nationwide using Dominion CRM and DMS solutions. These GM features will also be a part of DominionCMX™, Dominion’s new CRM offering.

“This integration will improve the operational efficiencies of our CRM and ILM customers and, as a result, increase our customers’ ability to better serve their car shoppers. GM continues to be a good partner in recognizing integration opportunities that facilitate retail business operations,” noted John Reed, vice president of product strategy and management for Dominion Dealer Solutions.

Dominion Dealer Solutions has been a General Motors partner for over a decade. Through fourth-quarter 2015 and first-quarter 2016, Dominion and General Motors DTAP (Dealer Technology Assistance Program) will continue to work together on Certified ILM/CRM offerings including Vehicle Location Service, Pricing Service Incentives and DCDE Customer Search, as well as several additional GM-specific enhancements. These enhancements will be added to Web Control, Sales Center and DominionCMX.
